



- Ted Schlein, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Board Member
- Ted Schlein is a Managing Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers (KPCB). He joined the firm in 1996 with a focus on early stage technology companies in the enterprise software and infrastructure markets. He has led KPCB’s investments in a number of security companies, including ArcSight (IPO, then sold to HP) and Internet Security Systems (IPO, then sold to IBM). Ted was the founding CEO of Fortify, a pioneer in the software security market and now an HP company. He serves on the board of directors of 3VR, 41st Parameter, Mandiant, Nebula, and Reputation.com.
- Gaurav Garg, Investor & Board Member
- Gaurav is a Special Limited Partner at Sequoia Capital. Gaurav joined Sequoia in 2001 and focused on investments in the mobile, digital and security areas. He is now an active angel investor. Gaurav was previously the founder and Senior Vice President of Product Management at Redback Networks, where he helped grow the company to a successful IPO. He serves on the board of directors of FireEye, MobileIron, Jasper Wireless and Ruckus Wireless.
- Ray Rothrock, Venrock, Board Member
- Ray is a partner at Venrock, where he has led Venrock’s Internet investment strategy since 1992. His investments include Check Point Software Technology (NASDAQ: CHKP), where he continues on its Board of Directors and DoubleClick (NASDAQ:GOOG); as well as Vontu, PGP, Pedestal, and Whole Security, which were all acquired by Symantec. His most recent success is Imperva (NYSE:IMPV), the most successful tech IPO of 2011. He is the chair of the National Venture Capital Association.
- Robert R. Ackerman, Allegis Capital
- Bob is the founder and a partner at Allegis Capital. He was previously CEO of UniSoft Systems and founder and Chairman of InfoGear Technology Corporation (the first internet appliance company; acquired by CISCO in 2000). He currently sits on the boards of Purewave and Apprion, and has also been an investor in IronPort (CSCO), iBeam Broadcasting (NASDAQ), Comparnet (MSFT), and StepUp Commerce (INTU).
- Eric Schmidt, TomorrowVentures
- Eric is the Executive Chairman of Google. From 2001-2011, he served as Google’s CEO, helping grow the company from a Silicon Valley startup to a global leader in technology. Prior to Google, he was CEO of Novell and Chief Technology Officer of Sun Microsystems. His venture capital firm, TomorrowVentures, launched in 2009, and is focused on growing transformational companies in technology, lifestyle, and philanthropy.
- Karim Faris, Google Ventures
- Karim brings over a decade of operational, entrepreneurial and investment experience to his role as a partner at Google Ventures. He initially joined Google’s corporate development team in 2008, the group responsible for all mergers and acquisitions, with a focus on Internet services, mobile and digital media. Prior to Google, Karim was a venture capitalist at Atlas Venture, where he worked on investments in software and Internet infrastructure.
- Steve Anderson, Baseline Ventures
- With executive experience at eBay, Microsoft and Kleiner Perkins, Steve founded Baseline Ventures, and has invested in more than 60 companies, including: Instagram and Parakey (both acquired by Facebook), Heroku (acquired by Salesforce.com), GeoAPI (acquired by Twitter), IndexTank (acquired by LinkedIn), Versely (acquired by Cisco), Aardvark and DocVerse (both acquired by Google) and Hunch (acquired by eBay).
- Enrique Salem
- Enrique is the former CEO of Symantec, where throughout his 16-year tenure, he held a variety of senior management roles. Before joining Symantec, he was CEO of Brightmail, the leading anti-spam software company that was acquired by Symantec in 2004. Earlier in his career, he was a VP at Security Pacific Merchant Bank. He currently serves on the board of Automatic Data Processing (ADP).
- Peter Wagner
- Peter is a former Managing Partner at Accel Partners, where he focused on investments in information technology infrastructure, including the networking, computing, storage, and wireless sectors. He is now an active angel investor. Peter has executive experience at Silicon Graphics and McKinsey & Co. He has invested in over 40 companies since 1996 with many successful exits, including Fusion-io, Redback Networks and Opower.
- Deep Nishar
- Deep is Senior Vice President of Products and User Experience at LinkedIn, where he sets and executes the company’s global product strategy. Previously, he built and led Google’s worldwide mobile business and headed product strategy for Asia-Pacific as an executive at Google. Prior to Google, he held positions at Siebel Systems and The Boston Consulting Group, and was founder and VP of Products at Patkai Networks.
- Gokul Rajaram
- Gokul is Product Director of Ads at Facebook. He was previously an executive at Google, where he led the launch of AdSense Online and grew it into a multibillion-dollar business. Gokul has been an investor and advisor with numerous startups. He has had eight successful exits, including Chai Labs, where he was co-founder and CEO (acquired by Facebook) and Adku (acquired by Groupon).
- Chris Burke
- Chris was most recently the Managing Director for Research in Motion (RIM) in Europe, Middle East, and Africa and prior to that was Chief Technology Officer of Vodafone UK. Earlier, he was CTO of Energis Communications and helped build it to successful IPO. Chris has led angel investments in Ubiquity Software (IPO and sold to Avaya), March Networks (IPO), Oz Communications (sold to Nokia in 2008) and Dialog Semiconductor.
- Ramsey Homsany
- Ramsey is General Counsel at Dropbox. He was previously Associate General Counsel at Google, where he focused on commercial transactions and partnerships and also advised on product development, technology strategy and emerging technology issues. Prior to Google, Ramsey was an attorney in the Technology Transactions Group at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
